Our first speaker will be David Dang, President of Elite Business Investments. For many years, David has been a hands-on operator, owning and managing several laundries himself, and helping his customers maximize the profits in their own stores. David will be speaking on the tricks of the trade on how to manage a rehabilitation project and where to focus your non-equipment improvements budget for the biggest bang for the buck.

After a break for your included buffet dinner, our second speaker will be Dan Halpin, Western Area Sales Manager for Dexter Laundry Co. Dan has worked with distributors, salespeople and customers throughout Southern California and the United States in making equipment purchasing decisions. Dan will be speaking on the considerations and choices of an equipment order for a rehabbed store.

Our third speaker will be Detlef Steinke, President of Steinke Construction. Detlef is a licensed General Contractor and a second-generation builder of new and rehabbed coin laundries. Detlef will be speaking on the issues that aren't visible to the customer but are as critical as any other, such as utilities, plumbing, electrical and permitting.

David, Dan and Detlef will then stay for our popular interactive Q&A panel discussion and answer all your questions about rehabbing a store.
