Financing and Refinancing Options Today for Southern California's Laundry Owners and Buyers

Our first seminar of 2012 will take a comprehensive look at the current financing and refinancing market and options for current owners and new owners alike.

Our expert speakers will discuss rates today and their outlook for 2012 for loans both large and small for equipment, new stores, and acquisitions. They will address important questions for borrowers, such as: What types of lenders are making laundry loans today, and what are the differences between them? What are the pros and cons between leasing and owning? What are the trends in amortization schedules? How do refinancings work? Who is eligible to receive a loan, and what are the lenders' key criteria? How can you create an application package to maximize your chances of receiving a loan?

Our keynote speaker will be JP Nicoletta, National Director of Sales and Marketing for Eastern Funding in New York City. Eastern Funding is a direct lender to coin laundry owners in California and nationwide for new and used equipment purchases, real estate purchases, and acquisitions of single stores and chains. JP has 12 years experience in the commercial lending and equipment leasing industry.

After his talk, JP will be joined by Michael Fanger, Eastern's Managing Member and President, and by SoCAL CLA Director Van Merrill, for our interactive Q&A panel to answer all your financing questions.
